Stella M. Buturla Kochefko, age 101, of Bridgeport, wife of the late Charles Kochefko passed away peacefully on June 2, 2018 at home with her loving family by her side. Stella was the daughter of the late John and Sophie Buturla. Born and raised in Fairfield, she lived most of her life in Bridgeport. She is survived her sons, Charles Kochefko Jr., Ronald J. Kochefko and his wife Carol of Trumbull, Robert G. Kochefko, a sister, Sophie Saloomey of Ansonia, her loving grandchildren, great grandchildren, plus many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her son, Raymond Kochefko, plus several brothers and sisters. Stella loved her family and friends. She enjoyed being a homemaker, sewing, baking, and flower gardening. Her wisdom, bright blue eyes, welcoming sincere smile and caring love will always be remembered and cherished. Funeral services and burial were private.
