Susan Roina Lofaro, age 90, of Trumbull, CT, beloved wife of the late Joseph Lofaro, passed away Sunday February 15, 2015, at St. Vincent's Medical Center, Bridgeport, CT. Susan was born in Greenwich, CT, daughter of the late Charles and Jennie Desanta Roina. She lived most of her life in Tarrytown, NY before moving to Spring Meadows in Trumbull. Survivors include her devoted children; a daughter Susan McMahon and her husband Michael of Fairfield and a son Stephen Lofaro of Delaplane, Virginia, sister-in-law Ann Carino and brother-in-law Tony Butte, both of Greenwich, four grandchildren, three great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a brother Rocco Roina, two sisters Mary Massi and Lucie Butte and a daughter-in-law Nancy Lofaro. Funeral services will be held Friday February 20, at 10:30 a.m., meeting directly at the Church of the Transfiguration, 268 South Broadway, Tarrytown, NY 10591, with a Mass of Christian Burial.
