Susan J. O'Connell, age 78 of Trumbull died Wednesday, June 28, 2023 at St. Vincent's Medical Center Bridgeport. Born in the Bronx, New York she was the daughter of John and Julia Russell O'Connell. She was a graduate of Saint Simon Stock High School and Bellevue Nursing School. She was a Registered Nurse for over 40 years and worked at Pelham Bay General, Greenwich Hospital, and Jupiter Hospital in Florida. She is survived by her loving son, Brian Galioto and his wife, Chelsea, her grandchildren, Annabel and Max. She was pre-deceased by her husband, Agostino Galioto, and her sisters, Dorothy and Kathleen. Funeral services will be held Thursday at 10 AM meeting directly in Saint Theresa Church, Trumbull with a Mass of Christian Burial. Interment will follow in Oakwood Cemetery, Mount Kisco, New York.
