Theresa D. Kovac Bergen, age 95, of St. Joseph's Manor, Trumbull, passed away September 30, 2009. She is survived by her beloved daughter, Christine Poirier and husband Robert of New Milford, four grandchildren and a great grandchild. Theresa was predeceased by her husband, William Bergen and son Terrence W. Bergen. Funeral service will be held Tuesday, October 6, at 10:00 a.m. in Holy Name of Jesus Church, Stratford, with a Mass of Christian Burial. Interment will follow in St. Michael's Cemetery.
