William E. Paquette Sr., age 73, of West Haven, beloved husband of Florence   C. Wotton Paquette, died Sunday, July 22, 2007, at the Hospital of St. Raphael. Mr. Paquette was born in Bridgeport and had lived in West Haven 30 years. He was a retired engineer for Metro North and had served in the U.S. Navy. He was predeceased by a son John R. Paquette and a daughter Laurie Ann Moyher. Survivors in addition to his wife include a son, William E. Paquette Jr. of Middletown, two brothers, George Paquette and wife Pat of Charleston, SC and Robert Paquette and wife Rita of Shelton, a son-in-law, Richard Moyher of Milford, two grandsons, Anthony and Michael Moyer and several nieces and nephews. Friends may attend graveside services Wednesday, at 10:30 a.m., at Lakeview Cemetery, 885 Boston Ave., Bridgeport, with the Rev. Dexter Cheney, Pastor of the Church of the Holy Spirit, West Haven, officiating. There will be no prior calling hours. Arrangements by the Redgate – Hennessy Funeral Home, Trumbull.
