Cynthia R. Harrison

Cynthia Roberta Walker Harrison, age 64 of Stratford, beloved wife of Richard W. Harrison, passed away, Saturday, January 26, 2019, in Connecticut Hospice, Branford. Cindy was born on July 29, 1954 in Bridgeport, daughter of the late Robert and Dorothy Lane Walker. When she was three years old, her family moved to Monroe, where she graduated from Masuk High School, class of 1972. After graduation, she worked for Connecticut National Bank in Stepney and Monroe for many years. Years after having her children, she worked for the dermatology office of Dr. Joseph Pesce and Dr. Katherine Pesce of Bridgeport. Cindy enjoyed being with her family and vacationing in Myrtle Beach, SC, and in recent years at Lake Winnipesaukee, NH. In addition to her husband survivors include her devoted children Gina Harrison and partner Ross Colborne, Michael Harrison, and a stepson Richard D. Harrison, cherished grandchildren Dylan and Samantha Colborne, her sisters Barbara Bevis and husband John and Deborah Cahill, and several nieces and nephews. Friends may greet her family Thursday from 5:00p.m. to 7:00p.m. in the Redgate – Hennessy Funeral Home, Main Street and Gorham Place, Trumbull.
