Elizabeth Ciccone Christiano, age 95, of Trumbull, beloved wife of the late James Christiano, passed away January 12, 2018 at St. Joseph’s Center. Elizabeth was born in Bridgeport, daughter of the late Nicholas and Celeste Trotta Ciccone. She retired as an executive secretary for the Dupont Corporation. Elizabeth had a love for arts, crafts, gardening and animals. Survivors include three sisters Pauline Paolillo and husband Ozzie, Adeline McIntosh, all of Trumbull and Ida Farese of California, a niece Mary Ann D’Addario and husband Thomas of Shelton, two nephews Nicholas Ciccone and John Cunningham and wife Denise of St. Augustine, FL. She was predeceased by a brother Frank Ciccone and two sisters, Mary Zenobia and Elena Cunningham, and a niece Evelyn Ciccone. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday at 9:00a.m., meeting directly in St. Theresa Church, 5301 Main Street, Trumbull. Interment will follow in St. Michael’s Cemetery, Stratford.
