Felix Quinones Jr. Born on October 11, 1977 in Lancaster, PA. He recently was diagnosed with cancer and struggled through treatments. He fought the good fight and passed to be with the Lord on February 19, 2020 at 11:20pm in Bridgeport Hospital.
Felix was born in Pennsylvania and a short time later his family relocated to Canovana, Puerto Rico. For many years he lived in PR where he attended elementary and middle school and then graduated from Superior Luis Hernaiz-Veronne High School.
Felix is survived by his wife Coralys Quinones. The couple met as they attended the same church Iglesia Universal de Jesus Cristo in PR. Their relationship sparked and they were joined in holy matrimony in 1998.
The couple moved to Bridgeport, CT in 2006. Felix loved to worship the Lord through his musical talent as a drummer. He was a member of two churches Nueva Vida and years later Templo Sinai. For the past 13 years, he worked hard at Assumption Catholic School as a custodian.
Felix was a great husband and had a genuine positive attitude at all times. He worked hard and was the sole provider for his family. Felix’s greatest joy was being a father to his three children Felix R. Quinones, Mackynzie L. Quinones and Allanna S. Quinones. He was the first born to his survived parents Felix Quinones Monge and Gladys Nieves Rodriguez, siblings sister Cynthia Alvarez (Carlos), and brother Oscar Quinones (Leslie Delgado). He leaves behind many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and friends.
