Jesus Manuel Lopez Jr. (Macuto) entered into eternal rest on December 25, 2017. He was predeceased by his wife of 54 years Julia Lopez.

Jesus was born in Santurce, Puerto Rico and came to the U.S. as a young boy to attend school.  He served as a medic in the U.S. Air Force during the Korean War.  Went on to work at the U.S. Post Office and ultimately ended his career with AT& T after 19 years.

He is survived by his brothers, George, Hector & Jesus  and sisters Maria, Yolanda, Chickie and Juanita.  Further survived by his sons David and Manuel and daughter Ann and daughter-in law Donna and never to be forgotten his cherished grandchildren, Samantha, Joshua, Hannah & Kamora Calling hours will be on December 30, 2017 from 12 noon to 2p.m. at Redgate-Hennessy Funeral 4 Gorham Place in Trumbull, Ct .

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Red Cross effort for relief of Puerto Rico.
