Marjorie St.Pierre R.N.

Marjorie (Partrick) St. Pierre, R.N. age 99, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, September 1, 2021 at Bridgeport Hospital with her family by her side.  Marge was the loving wife of the late Adrian (Al) St. Pierre.  She was born on December 8, 1921 in Norwalk to the late Emily and Ralph Partrick.  Marge grew up in Bridgeport and graduated from Bassick High School and St. Vincent’s School of Nursing as a Registered Nurse in 1942.  She was a long-time resident of Easton and Huntington.  She was a wonderful Daughter, Wife, Mother, Mother-in-Law, Grandmother and Great-Grandmother.  She enjoyed bowling, golfing, baking, knitting, crocheting and doing crossword puzzles.  Marge would never miss watching Jeopardy and Wheel of Fortune.  But she was happiest spending time with her family.  Marge is survived by her son James and his wife Nancy St. Pierre and son Gary St. Pierre and his husband Anthony Amaral.  She will be sadly missed by her seven grandchildren and their spouses – Lisa (John) Litts, Jim (Julie) St. Pierre, Jennifer (Matt) Kochiss, Brian (Melissa) St. Pierre, Marc St. Pierre (Chris Pederson), Dana (Ryan) Firmender and Jeffrey (Carla) St. Pierre, as well as her sixteen great-grandchildren who called her GiGi – Jake, Courtney, Colin, Kyle, Cameron, Andrew, Cole, Joshua, Vincent, Payton, Sofia, Jacob, Ben, Leah, Tucker and Jack.  She is also survived by her sisters-in-law Rosemarie Ermark and Bernadette (Bill) St. Pierre-George, as well as many nieces and nephews.  Family and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial celebrating Marge’s life on Monday, October 18th at 11am at Our Lady of the Assumption Church, 545 Stratfield Road, Fairfield, with burial to follow at Mountain Grove Cemetery in Bridgeport.  Calling hours will be held at Redgate - Hennessy Funeral Home, Main Street and Gorham Place, Trumbull, from 9:30-10:30am prior to Mass.  In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, www.stjude.org., in Marge’s memory.
