Michael F. Redgate

Funeral Director

Michael is a graduate of Fairfield Preparatory School Class of 1987, earned a B.B.A. from Loyola College in 1991, and graduated from the American Academy - McAllister Institute of Funeral Service. He has been a Trumbull resident and member of the Rotary Club of Trumbull since 1994, serving as President from 2002-2003. He has been a member of the Fairfield Beach Club for over 25 years and is the Past President of the Trumbull Pisces Swimming Association. He served as the Chairman of the Board of the Lakewood Trumbull YMCA and volunteers with the Kennedy Center and the Thomas Merton Center. Michael and his wife Suzy have three children, Annika and Bowen, and Keira. All attended Trumbull Public Schools.

Gary R. Sedelnik

Funeral Director

A 1968 graduate of Central High School, Gary began his career in 1969 with the Robert E. Hennessy Funeral Home in Bridgeport after receiving his degree from the American Academy - McAllister Institute of Funeral Service. He and his wife Jeanne Oleynik Sedelnik have been Trumbull residents since 1978 and are the parents of two children, Philip and Sarah.

Jeremy Redgate

Funeral Director

Raised in Fairfield, Jeremy is a graduate of Our Lady of the Assumption School Class of 1990 and Fairfield High School Class of 1994. Carrying on the tradition of his family, Jeremy joined the funeral home as a licensed funeral director in 2002 after receiving his degree from Briarwood College.

Leo J. Redgate Jr.

Retired Funeral Director

A Bridgeport native, Leo graduated from Notre Dame High School in 1961. Following in the footsteps of his grandfather and father, he has been serving families at Redgate - Hennessy for over 40 years. Leo and his wife Una Foley Redgate are longtime Fairfield residents and have five children, Patrice, Leo, Michael, Christopher, and Jeremy, and eight grandchildren. Leo retired in 2004.
