Our sincerest sympathy to you, Ken and Melanie! We sorrow at your loss--a Dad whom you have loved these many, many years. There is. however, today in Heaven such great rejoicing. He and your Mom Virginia are together again!. We loved your Mom and Dad and were so grief-stricken when she became ill. We visited her often and then she quietly passed away. We used to visit Alex after that and compliment him on his bromeliad plants. He gave us a few and we enjoyed them in our home on 48th Street. There came the sad day when Alex felt ready to part with his wife's clothing. I can still see us standing before the closet and taking out her beautiful dresses and slacks. Alex went down memory lane as we admired your Mom's clothing.
We remember meeting you, Melanie. Not sure we met you, Ken. You can be so proud of both your mom and your dad. Their wonderful and warm spirits are now shared by the angels. In quiet moments they will come to you. And one day we will meet them again in Heaven.
